At ClinicalTrials4U, we specialize in providing practical knowledge, tools, and support for individuals and institutions involved in clinical research.
We combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience to help our clients develop their careers and conduct research activities in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Who do we work for? (2 groups)
For individuals – we offer training, ebooks, and individual consultations that help with CV preparation, job interviews, and career development in the clinical research industry. Many people who have used our materials and support now successfully work in companies from the clinical research sector.
For research sites – we support both new and developing sites by providing SOPs, sponsor informational materials, specialized training, and organizational consulting. Thanks to our support, research sites are better prepared to collaborate with sponsors and conduct clinical trials.
Our training
One of our flagship projects is the “ICH GCP E6(R3)” training, available in both Polish and English, and completed with a certificate accepted by TransCelerate.
It is a practical and recognized training that supports both individual professionals and research site teams.

Marta Nowosad
A nurse with over 20 years of patient-care experience and 10 years of practice in clinical research as a Study Nurse and Study Coordinator. At ClinicalTrials4u, she helps individuals who want to work at research sites translate their clinical experience into the language of clinical trials, prepare for recruitment, and consciously plan their career development.
Magdalena „Lena” Waśniewska
A biologist with a PhD in cellular biochemistry and an MBA, with nearly 20 years of experience in clinical research within global pharmaceutical companies and CROs. At ClinicalTrials4u, she supports individuals developing their careers on the CRO/Pharma side—particularly in CTA, CRA, and project management roles—helping them build a career path aligned with industry realities and their own values.
