TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

§1. General information

1. 1. The online store available at the address https://clinicaltrials4u.pl/ is operated by:

      hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

   2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, delivering digital products, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the complaint procedure.

   3. The store offers the sale of digital products, in particular:

1. 4. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

§2. Definitions

1. 1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit placing an order in the store.

   2. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

   3. Digital product – digital content delivered in electronic form (e-book, online training).

   4. User account – an individual Customer account created in the store, enabling access to purchased products.

§3. Conditions of using the store

1. 1. To place an order, the following are required:

      • a device with Internet access,

      • an active e-mail account,

      • an internet browser.

   2. Orders may be placed by:

      • adults,

      • minors with the consent of their legal guardian.

   3. The Customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.

§4. Placing orders and conclusion of the agreement

1. 1. Orders are placed via the order form available in the online store.

   2. In order to make a purchase, the Customer:

      • selects a product,

      • creates an account or logs in,

      • provides the data necessary to complete the order,

      • makes a payment.

   3. The sales agreement is concluded upon the Customer’s receipt of the order confirmation by email.

§5. Prices and payments

1. 1. All prices given in the store are gross prices (they include the applicable VAT), unless the regulations provide otherwise.

   2. The transaction currency is PLN.

   3. Payments are processed via electronic payment operators, in particular Stripe.

   4. A VAT invoice is issued for each order, generated automatically based on the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.

   5. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided for the invoice.

§6. Delivery of digital products

1. 1. Delivery of digital products takes place as follows:

      • immediately after the payment is credited,

      • by making the product available in the user’s account.

   2. Online training courses are available exclusively through the Seller’s platform and are not made available for download.

   3. E-books are made available as downloadable files.

§7. Right of withdrawal from the agreement

E-books

1. 1. In the case of e-books, the Customer loses the right to withdraw from the agreement upon commencement of downloading the file, in accordance with Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act.

Online training courses

1. 2. In the case of online training courses, the Customer consents to the commencement of the provision of the service before the expiry of 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement.

   3. The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply, in particular, when:

      • the training has been commenced or largely consumed,

      • the training has been completed,

      • a certificate of completion has been issued.

   4. In individual cases, the Seller may consider withdrawal of access to the training if the content has not been consumed.

§8. Complaints

1. 1. The Customer has the right to submit complaints regarding:

      • technical issues,

      • lack of access to the product,

      • improper functioning of the platform.

   2. Complaints do not concern the substantive content of the products.

   3. Complaints should be submitted to the following e-mail address: contact@clinicaltrials4u.pl.

   4. The Seller will examine the complaint within 14 days.

§9. Copyright

1. 1. All products available in the store constitute works protected by copyright law.

   2. The purchase of a product does not constitute a transfer of economic copyright.

   3. Copying, distribution, and making the products available to third parties without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.

§10. Liability

1. 1. The Seller shall not be liable for technical interruptions resulting from causes beyond its control.

   2. The training materials are of an educational and informational nature.

§11. Personal data

1. 1. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the store’s website.

§12. Final provisions

1. 1. The Terms and Conditions shall apply from the date of publication on the website.

   2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions; however, such changes shall not affect the acquired rights of Customers.

   3. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
